I am Mike Howe, founder of BizVodic. My career began with formal training in Human Resources, followed by over 15 years in senior HR roles across leading global organizations in France and abroad. I have worked in diverse sectors including industry, healthcare, and services with companies such as Air Liquide, Aden Services, Snecma, and Crédit Agricole.
Throughout my career, I have led hundreds of professional development and recruitment projects, working closely with executives, managers, and teams across functions — from R&D and IT to business development, marketing, operations, and supply chain. I am also certified in Coaching and NLP, which allows me to integrate both strategic and human-centered approaches in my coaching work.

Having managed not only my own repatriation but also the complex professional journeys of global talent, I know firsthand what it takes to thrive through transition.
